Complaints Procedure
Should you have any cause for complaint regarding any of our products, services, or staff please contact our Compliance Officer, Vivienne Scanlon contact by email or phone her on 0800 650 149.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may refer your complaint to FSCL (Financial Services Complaints Ltd). There is no cost to you should you choose to do this.
Who are FSCL? They are an independent, not for profit, dispute resolution service to consumers with a complaint they cannot resolve with their financial service provider. FSCL has been approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs to carry out this role.
